Return & Exchange Policy

Santella Shop thrives to provide the best legendary customer service. In order for us to continue with excellence, you must submit your request via email to support@santellashop.com.

A customer service team member will respond to your request within 24 hours Monday to Friday with the returns instructions. Requests submitted during the weekend, will be attended to the upcoming business day.

All requests must be submitted within a 7-day timeframe of being  delivered to you. Starting the date your request was submitted and approved, your unwanted items must arrive at our warehouse within a a 10-day timeframe. Once outside the timeframe, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Once received, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We will not accept items with fragrances, make up marks, scratches and/or with any signs of wear and tear. We reserve all the right to deny a return. If your request is denied, we will notify you via email and return the item back to you at your cost. 

If your items are approved and all conditions are meet, we will process your refund request back to your original payment, exchange for another item or store credit.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. We do not refund original shipping costs. 

Exchanges will be given via store credit or swapped for another item you desire. 

All returns are processed within 3-5 business days once it arrives at our warehouse. 

Please note: We do not provide pre-paid return labels and/or bear the cost there of. 

SALE POLICY

All accessories and items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and can't be returned once purchased.
