Shipping and Handling

All orders are shipped from our Miami warehouse Monday through Friday within 5-7 business days of the purchase date. This may vary depending on product availability, back stock of items and/or times of the year.

Orders that are $100 and more, quality for free shipping.

Once we pack and prepare your package for shipping, we will hand it off to a third party courier. In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon being marked "Delivered", Santella Shop does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
